People with the wrong mindset very easily find ways to circumvent rules and regulations or quickly find loopholes to take advantage of. Mindset determines our ability to demonstrate integrity and accountability.

In this 2 day workshop, we empower NPO leaders and staff to better understand the role of mindset in strengthening integrity and accountability to support governance.


Inward Mindset:

People focus on themselves, their objectives and measure themselves by what they accomplish.

Outward Mindset:

People work to help others be successful - customers, peers, managers and subordinates. They measure their success by what others are able to accomplish as a result of their efforts.

Highlights of our 2 day workshop


Attempts to improve behavior alone can produce marginal improvements, but breakthrough results require a change in mindset. This is Arbinger's work; we change mindset. Specifically, we help individuals, teams, and organizations to change from inward mindset orientations to outward mindset orientations. In this workshop, there will be facilitator-led discussions, individual and group exercises, one-on-one sharing and videos to aid understanding. Participants will be given workbooks.
