Registration Confirmation

Registration may be made online (where applicable) or via email. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your participation in the event.


Payment Mode

Payment can be made thru Direct Bank Transfer or Cheque.

    Should be crossed and made payable to “Arbinger (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd”. Please indicate your Invoice Number at the back of the cheque or bank slip.

Penalty Charges

Cancellation: For cancellation, please inform us via email at least 14 days before the date of the workshop/session. Any cancellation received less than 14 days before the date of the workshop/session will carry a cancellation charge of 50% of the seminar fee incurred.

No-Show: For “No-Show” cases (ie. participant absent on the event days), 100% of the seminar fee incurred will be charged.


Workshop/Session Changes

Arbinger reserves the right to amend or cancel its event due to unforeseen circumstances.
